We believe where you live should feel like more than just a place to sleep. Our Boutique Rooming House provides a unique and affordable co-living space in Toorak. It has been thoughtfully created for people on a budget, including  young professionals and postgraduate students looking for a comfortable, considered and welcoming place to call home.

Rather than a traditional share house, our home offers a more elevated co-living experience — combining beautifully maintained spaces, privacy and independence with the opportunity to live alongside like-minded people who are studying, working and building their lives in Melbourne.

At the heart of our co-living experience is Lou, the owner and manager of the property. Lou takes a genuinely personal approach to managing the home and is always happy to help, whether that's answering a question, helping you settle in or simply being there when you need something.

We want our residents to feel comfortable, respected and at home — with the reassurance of knowing there is someone personally invested in creating a positive living environment.
